The first standardized report on academic performance published: Enhancing the Visibility of the University of Montenegro
The University of Montenegro has initiated an improvement in reporting on academic work through the publication of the first standardized Annual Report for the academic year 2022/2023, which was prepared with the participation of all organizational units.
The report contains a tabular overview of the activities of university unit representatives, covering various aspects of work, from research, project to educational activities and initiatives.
In the domain of scientific research and artistic research activities, the individual contributions of faculty representatives are listed through the publication of papers or chapters in prestigious monographs or journals of national, European, and global significance, as well as editorial and peer-review activities, active participation in scientific conferences, exhibitions, scientific gatherings of national and international importance.
Also, the participation of individuals in active projects, of which there are more than 100 at the University of Montenegro, funded by various national and international programs, is shown. Through a large part of these projects, scientists from the University of Montenegro collaborate with scientists from leading research institutions worldwide to address the key challenges facing the world.
Activities such as initiating and organizing events, as well as the premiere presentation of artistic works and their commercial realization, are also covered.
In addition to professional and innovative activities, activities in the domain of teaching, guest lectures abroad, lecturing and mentoring work are also shown. This report also lists the awards and honors individuals achieved in the previous academic year.
These data simultaneously enable us to better understand the diversity of activities that form the core of the University.
The initiative that resulted in this publication was carried out in the spirit of transparency, with the aim of providing a clearer view of the results of academic activities. In the spirit of the University of Montenegros jubilee slogan "The Torch of the Future," we expect that these results will serve as a valuable resource for making quality decisions regarding activities and the development of the University in the future.
