The Central University Library marked World Book Day with a donation
On the occasion of the World Book and Copyright Day, on April 23, the Central University Library donated 373 publications to the National Library in Plav.
These are literature from the surplus fund of the Central University Library, mostly from the domain of literature and humanities. Among the donated titles, a special place is occupied by publications of the University of Montenegro from various scientific fields.
On behalf of the Central University Library, Ognjen Savić, librarian of the Department for Procurement and Processing of Library Material and Bibliography, handed over the publications to the head of the National Library of the Plav Cultural Center, Alija Redžematović. The donated publications are intended to fill the fund of the National Library in Plav and its department in Murin.
The donation of books continued the long-term cooperation between these two library institutions in order to strengthen and promote library funds and services.
