Lecture by Juan Pablo Artaz Held in the Historic Institute
In the Historic Institute of the University of Montenegro on Friday November 1st 2019 the lecture was held by Juan Pablo Artaz, second Embassy Secretary of Peru in Romania, also in charge of Montenegro.
During the visit there were discussions with Juan Pablo Artaz about future scientific cooperation between Peru and Montenegro.
