Representatives of Phrancophone Community on Round Table about the Needs of Montenegrin Labor Market

The Francophone Employment Office of the University of Montenegro (CEF Montenegro) organized a round table on the topic "Needs of the Montenegrin labor market: Key competencies and required profiles of candidates" (Besoins du marché du travail Montenegrin: Compétences requisées et profils demandés), on Monday, 26 September. In order to strengthen the cooperation of the francophone community in Montenegro, this bilingual event brought together representatives of the French Embassy, ​​the Association of Franco-Montenegrin Enterprises (CEFM) as well as francophone companies in Montenegro.

In the opening address, the vice-rector for internationalization, Sanja Peković, PhD, emphasized the importance of the participation of representatives of the economic sector in the creation of future programs of the Francophone Employment Office, through the identification of priority needs and required competencies.

Current activities, projects and goals of the Francophone Employment Office in Montenegro were presented by Jovana Janinović, highlighting the strategic directions of development and modalities of cooperation with the economy, public sector and representatives of the international community. In addition to representatives of the University, students and francophone companies, the meeting was attended by Johann Uhres, director of the French Institute and advisor for cooperation and culture at the Embassy of France in Montenegro, as well as Rajko Uskoković, director of the Association of French-Montenegrin companies, who shared ideas and experiences and proposals for improving the professional integration of students through the organization of internships and mobility, and anticipating the future needs of the Montenegrin labor market, especially in the context of European integration and the entry of French companies into Montenegrin market.c
