Unique Student Code (USC) and its Mandatory Application

A unique student code (USC) is intended for a unique identification of payments made by the students to the faculty account. This ensures the efficiency and protection of student’s privacy by not having to use his/her ID.

The unique student code is unique for each students and it is provided to the student personally, which further protects its privacy. 

The students gets a unique student code (USC) during the conclusion of the Learning Agreement (the picture below). The unique student code is also printed at each Application form.

The student on the request may get the card with his/her personal data in the Student Service (the picture below).  

During the completion of the payment slip, the student should mention the unique student code (USC) in the field ‘’authorization reference number’’ (picture below).

Student services and accountings of the organizational units are obliged to respect the above mentioned, and that student necessarily apply.
