Biography - Miladinović Snežana

Prof. Dr Snežana Miladinović Drobnič is a full-time professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Montenegro. She graduated at the Law Faculty in Podgorica with an average mark 9.94. She was awarded three times by the Law Faculty's award as the best student. She was awarded with ''19.decembar'' award and the University of Montenegro Award.

 

Graduate studies:

Faculty of Law; Belgrade University

Master degree – master thesis under the title ''Delivery- legate''; Law Faculty, University of Belgrade; 1994

PhD studies – doctoral dissertation on topic ''Endowments''; Law Faculty, University of Belgrade; 2000

 

She was appointed assistant professor in 2002 and as an associate professor in 2007.

Appointed as a full-time professor on the Obligatory Law and the Obligatory-Legal Clinic

Lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Menagement as well as at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Political Sciences, UM.

 

Author of of four monographs (Legacy through legal science and legislation, Endowments Andrejevic; Belgrade, 2000; Endowments, Official messenger, Belgrade, 2002; Principles of Europea contract law, Faculty of Law, Podgorica, 2001; Norms and reality, Law Faculty, Podgorica, 2012) and co-author of the monograph views to legal clinics, Podgorica, 2004) and practicum for Legal clinics – Center for Legal Clinics, Podgorica, 2006.

 

Author of two university textbooks – Law for economists, Faculty of Economics, Podogrica and Business  Law, Law Faculty, Podgorica

Author of over 90 scientific works published in renowed international and domestic journals and collection of works which can be divided into three groups.

The first group consists of scientific papers which are dedicated to classic institutes of Obligatory law (A look at thirty years of the Law of Obligations, Thirty years of the Law of Obligations (de lege lata and de lege ferenda); German Organization for Technical Cooperation, Open Regional Fund for South East Europe – Legal Reform, Beograd, 2009; The role and importance of basic principles of Obligatory Law in the legal regulation of service activities and the concept of service law, Collection of X May consultation, Law Faculty, Institute for Legal and Social Sciences, Kragujevac, 2014

The second group consists of scientific works that for the subject have a process of harmonization and unification of rights ( Right to the difference and organized harmonization of contract law, Foreign legal lifw, Institute of Comparative law, Belgrade, 2011;  Harmonization of domestic contract law with the law of the European Union, Institute for International politics and Economy, Belgrade, 2011)

The third group consists of historical – philosophical- legal works (Harmonization of domestic contract law with the law of the European Union in the context of Kant's ideao of ''eternal peace'', Intitute of Comparative Law, Hans Zajedel Foundation, Belgrade, 2012; Εποπτεία και έλεγχος της λειτουργίας των κληροδοτημάτων, Administrative Law Journal, 2012. Sakkoulas Publications, Athens, Thessaloniki, Greece.)

 

She had a number of important functions at the University of Montenegro.

Member of the Editorial Boar of the Legal Journal of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro

Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro

Memeber of the International Scientific Board of the May Consultation, organized by the Faculty of Law and the Institute for Legal and Social sciences of the University of Kragujevac, who gave her the charter for long-term participation and contribution to the development of Counseling and legal thoughts.
