Born in Dubrovnik,1976. He finished primary and secondary education in Herceg Novi, and the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade in 2000. He graduated in 2005 at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade, and received the title of a Doctor of Technical Sciences at the same faculty in 2012. Since 2003 he has been hired at the University of Montenegro, as a teacher at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica. He is the author of numerous scientific research papers published in foreign and domestic journals. He has won over 10 awards at international and national architectural and urban design competitions. As a member of the designer group Studio GRAD, Radulovi’ is the laureate of the greatest domestic architectural award - GRAND PRIX of the First Montenegrin Salon of Architecture, 2013, as well as great awards for realization at the second salon 2015. Co-author of the projects that are nominated in the international selection for the award of the European architectural prize - Mies Van der Rohe Award 2013, as well as for the world architectural award CEMEX Award. He is a participant in a number of international architectural exhibitions and salons, and a recipient of their recognitions. He was a member of the jury for several international architectural and urban competitions and awards, as well as co-organizer of the exhibition "Contemporary Croatian Architecture", Podgorica 2005.

Member of the Council for Natural and Technical Sciences of UCG.

He was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Montenegro as a member of the National UNESCO Commission, and as a member of the City Council in Kotor - Bay of Boka.
