Biography - Lalović Dejan

Born in Belgrade 24 August 1964. Completed primary and secondary education (natural scientific – technical gymnasium) in Belgrade. Graduated from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade 1994, where he defended PhD thesis under the title “Verbal Intelectual Ability and Individual Differences in Grammatical Context Cognitive Processing” 2002. At the same department elected assistant lecturer 1999, lecturer 2003, reader 2009, and professor 2014. One of the founders of the Laboratory of Neurocognition and Applied Cognition at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade established 2014, and its head 2014 – 2018. Current head of the Seminary for Cognition and Neuroscience at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. Research fields he is engaged in are psycholinguistics, cognitive differential psychology, psychology of reading, memory, and cognitive neuroscience. Teaches courses in various fields of general psychology and cognitive neuroscience. Since 2007 acting as the honorary lecturer at the Psychology Program, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro. (Selected books/papers list added to the first personal page.)
