Biography

Todor Lakic was born in Podgorica. He finished primary and secondary education in Danilovgrad.

He completed his undergraduate, specialist and master studies on Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Montenegro, on Department of International Relations, with average grade A.

During studies, He was awarded with scholarship from Ministry of Education of Montenegro, Municipality of Danilovgrad and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. At the end of the specialist studies in 2017. He was awarded with student award 19. December by Capital city Podgorica and with award for best student on Department of International relations by Faculty of Political Sciences.

He speaks English and Russian language.
