Nikolina Tomović was born on May 20, 1998, in Podgorica, where she completed her secondary education at the "Mirko Vešović" High School of Economics, specializing in legal-administrative studies. She was awarded the "Luča" recognition for outstanding academic achievements. In 2017, she enrolled in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelors degree with an average grade of "A" (9.69). She was awarded the Deans Award for exceptional academic performance during her studies, received the "19th December" award from the Capital City of Podgorica for academic excellence in 2021, and was a scholarship recipient from the Capital City for the 2020-2021 academic year. She won the First Prize in a competition in oratory among law students in Montenegro.

In 2020, she enrolled in a two-year Masters program with an integrated Jean Monnet Module (Jean Monnet Module in Law of the EU Internal Market) at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro. For her masters thesis, she conducted research at the Europa Institute, Saarland University in Germany. She defended her masters thesis titled "Harmonized Practices as a Barrier to Competition on the Internal Market of the European Union" in November 2022, with a grade of "A" (10).

For two consecutive years, she represented the Faculty of Law at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a global competition in commercial arbitration, achieving commendable results with her team. Since 2021, she has been engaged as a coach preparing students for participation in the Vis Moot competition, and since 2020, she has been a member of the Western Balkans Pre Moot Alumni network.

Since November 2020, she has been employed as a teaching associate at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro. She represents the Faculty of Law as a member of the Working Group for the preparation and conduct of negotiations on Montenegros accession to the European Union in the field of EU acquis negotiation Chapter 8 – Competition. Previously, she completed a several-month internship at the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, and an internship at Daily Press – Vijesti. She also volunteered for several years in the team of the Student Radio KRŠ.

She has been involved in debating, volunteering, and humanitarian work, and has worked as a coordinator for various project activities in the field of youth activism and youth education, where she served as a lecturer and mentor for students and high school students. She is proficient in the English language, has working proficiency in Italian, and has basic knowledge of the German language.
