Biography - Drekalović Vladimir

Vladimir Drekalović was born in 1971 in Visoko (Bosnia and Herzegovina). He completed the First Gymnasium in Sarajevo as the best student of the generation.

He started parallel studies of mathematics and philosophy at the Faculty of Mathematics and the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo. Due to war events in Bosnia and Herzegovina, both studies he continued and ended at the University of Montenegro.

At the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade he completed his postgraduate studies by defending a master thesis titled "Empirical Platonism in the Philosophy of Mathematics" (mentor Kosta Došen). At the same faculty, he defended the doctoral dissertation "Knowledge, Causality, and Status of Mathematical Truths" (mentor Živan Lazović).

He is a full professor at the University of Montenegro.

He publishes papers in the fields of philosophy of mathematics, logic, and theory of knowledge.
