Admissions/Calls for Applications
At the Institute for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies, the following programs are offered:
DOCTORAL STUDIES

The courses are conducted in English.
Candidates eligible to apply must obtain a master degree from the field of natural or technical sciences or an academic degree in regulated professions, with a minimum of 300 ECTS credits.
Upon application, students must submit original or certified copies of the following documents, in accordance with the law:
- Diploma of an academic master degree in natural or technical sciences or an academic degree in regulated professions, with at least 300 ECTS credits
- Certificate of passed exams during master program
- Birth certificate
- Proof of active knowledge of the English language at the B2 level
Note: If the documents are in a foreign language, a certified translation by a court-sworn interpreter must be provided. Additionally, the submitted documents must confirm that the student previously obtained 300 ECTS credits.
No entrance exam is required for admission to doctoral studies.
Doctoral studies are self-financed, and the tuition fee is determined by the Steering Council of the University of Montenegro.
MASTER STUDIES

Candidates eligible to apply must obtain a diploma of undergraduate academic studies with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits from one of the following faculties: Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics.
Upon application, students must submit original or certified copies of the following documents, in accordance with the law:
- Diploma of completed undergraduate studies with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits
- Certificate of passed exams during undergraduate studies
- Birth certificate or a copy of a biometric identity card
- Proof of active knowledge of the English language at the B2 level
Note: If the academic documents are in a foreign language, a certified translation by a court-sworn interpreter must be provided.
Master program Cyber Security is self-financed, and the tuition fee is determined by the Steering Council of the University of Montenegro.
Admission to the Master program Cyber Security requires passing an entrance exam.

Admissions are conducted based on The Rulebook on the detailed conditions, criteria and process of enrolment in the first year of master’s studies at the University of Montenegro
The entrance exam is taken in written form, and its structure and content are align with the topics of the undergraduate study programs included in these interdisciplinary studies.
