Institute for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies is founded as a special organisation unit of the University of Montenegro in July 2024. It is seated in Podgorica.   

Activities of the Institute are as follows:

·         Implementation of undergraduate, master and doctoral interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary study programs;

·         Performance of science and research work, in accordance with the Law;

·         Organisation of teaching and lifelong learning program implementation and issuing certificates for these programs;

·         Development and implementation of international and national projects;

·         Design and development of professional elaboration thesis, analyses and studies;

·         Providing consulting, or expertise services and professional assistance in transfer of technologies by academic community towards business environment;

·         Development of partnership with commercial enterprise and connecting researchers and students with business partners;

·         Joint participation on the market with other units dealing with transfer of competence and technologies;

·         Organizing conferences, seminars and other events dedicated to research and innovations;

·         Organizing programs of training via seminars and courses;

·         Performing other tasks in accordance with the Law and Statute of the University of Montenegro.
