Professors and associates of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro did anthropometric testing of team players of Montenegrin Futsal League, players of Futsal Club (FC) ‘’Studentski dom’’.

Dusko Bjelica, PhD, Milovan Ljubojevic, Assistant Professor, Ivan Vasiljevic, MSc, and Jovan Gardasevic, MSc, from this Faculty implemented the testing of players of this club.

‘’We continue to collect the scientific database about athletes who compete at the highest level in their countries with testing of Montenegrin first team players in futsal. We continue with testing in Montenegro after testing of players in the region: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. We will expand our work to other clubs in our country’’, Professor Bjelica said.

FC ‘’Studentski dom’’ is one of the oldest clubs competing in the first Montenegrin Futsal League, with 25 years of tradition. Since its foundation, the club is mainly composed of students, and it fought for the title of the champion of the country and exit on the European scene on several occasions.

Testing results will serve for both: players and coach of the Club in the further training process of players, while collected scientific data will serve as scientific base for further researches in the field of sport science.
