Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Visited Construction Site
Students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Montenegro visited construction site of the residential office facility of Green Level Company LD Construction LLC is successfully organized on Friday, March 31st 2023.
Construction site was visited by students of third year of undergraduate studies within practical teaching for course Organization and Technology of constructing. The visit is, on behalf of the Civil Engineering Faculty, organized by Snežana Rutešić, PhD, Željka Beljkaš, Assistant Professor and Mladen Gogić, MSc with support by the company LD Gradnja.
On the site, students had the opportunity to see an excellent example of an arrangement of the construction site and execution of works in accordance with all the necessary procedures and regulations. Accountable persons from the construction site presented them construction project in the second phase of the Green level complex and presented the works completed so far and method of execution technology and supply of necessary resources. Moreover, the students were able to see a practical example of construction per phases and each temporary facility necessary for normal functioning of the construction site, as well as construction machinery.
Additionally there was insight into works of crane installation, with colleagues who presented their experiences concerning all phases of investment project from investor aspect and contractor.
The Civil Engineering faculty is thankful to the company LD Gradnja for their hospitality and opportunity for our students to meet with challenges in execution of works on a representative construction site and it hopes that so far successful cooperation will be continued.
