Guest Lecture by a MONSTAT Representative to Masters Students

The production of macrostatistical data and the role of the Directorate of Statistics in the process of European integration was the subject of a guest lecture for students of the masters degree in Economics/Quantitative Economics, which was held by Branka Šušić Radovanović, MA, assistant director of the Directorate of Statistics (Monstat) and president of the Council of the Statistical System of Montenegro.

The memorandum of cooperation, which was recently signed between the Faculty of Economics and MONSTAT, foresees, among other things, the organization of guest lectures by experts from the Directorate of Statistics in order to acquire additional knowledge and practical competencies of students.

Introduction and development of the national accounts of Montenegro, the calculation of GDP and GNI in accordance with the international ESA and SNA methodology.

In addition to the regular expert announcements of national accounts of the Directorate for Statistics of Montenegro, she was also the author and co-author of a large number of publications in the field of national accounts. She also proved her research and professional qualities by obtaining the academic title of Master of Science and defending her work.
