Milorad Milatović's short film "Neko treći" from FDA - Cetinje awarded in Brač

The short film "Neko treći" by the young Montenegrin director Milorad Milatović under the mentorship of full. prof. Marija Perović was named the best short film at the recently concluded Brač Film Festival. The film was produced by the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, as the final work of Milorad Milatović in his undergraduate studies, in the subject of Film Directing.

The film follows a nine-year-old boy, Vanja, who desperately cries out for his mother's love and care, and who is deprived of him due to the love problems his mother is going through. The roles are played by Ognjen Ćetković, Ana Vučković, Jelena Đukić, Zoran Vujović and Petra Đurišić. The producer of the film is Miljan Vučelić, the director of photography is Ivan Čojbašić, the script is signed by Sara Đurović, the editor is Ivan Žirojević, the sound recorder is Miloš Boričić, the sound designer is Antonio Toni Andrić, while the post production of the image is by Dušan Vuleković.

Milatovic’s film has been in the official selection of numerous festivals such as: Friborg International Film Festival, Film Front, Linea d’Ombra Festival, Balkan Beyon Borders, Arte Marte, and others. He also won the award for the best film in the competition category of student films at the Arte Mare festival.
