Book on Health System of Montenegro from the Management Point of View Published by American Publisher Rowman & Littlefield
Dr. Ivan Radević, from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, is the author of the book "Knowledge Management & Organization: Healthcare Quality in Montenegro", published by the American publishing house Rowman & Littlefield, from IN WITH.
His book was presented yesterday, on the occasion of November 10, the World Day of Science for Peace and Development, at the Faculty of Economics, where the key results of the scientific research works of professors and associates of this faculty were presented to the wider academic and professional public.
A special part of this book is dedicated to organizational challenges in the context of the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, but also to how the political agenda confronted knowledge and the profession.
The research by the author Radević covered public and private health institutions in Montenegro, and included data collected from managers, union members, doctors, technicians and finally, users of health services.
The abundance of diverse approaches to the quality of health services - from the point of view of service providers and users, decision makers and employees, management and representatives of trade unions and the private and public sectors, make the book stimulating and useful for professionals in health management, patients, and the general public.
