Call for the the Annual Central Bank of Montenegro Award

The Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) has announced a competition for the annual CBCG Award for 2022 in the field of banking and monetary policy and theory. The award is given in three categories for the best graduate or specialist, master's and doctoral thesis, and consists of a plaque and a monetary part. The amount of the Annual Award for the best graduate or specialist thesis is 2,000 EUR, for a master's thesis 3,000 EUR and 4,000 EUR for the best doctoral thesis.

Citizens of Montenegro who in the previous calendar year defended their theses at one of the universities, faculties or colleges in Montenegro or abroad have the right to participate in the competition. The selection of the best theses will be done by a commission consisting of experts in the field of central banking, which will be guided by the criteria of innovation, possibilities of application and topicality of the submitted works.

The deadline for submitting works is February 25, 2022.

The annual award given on the occasion of April 11 - the Day of the Central Bank of Montenegro, was established in 2007, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of developing and nurturing scientific and professional thought in Montenegro.
