Roundtable on Corporative Management on April 7th on the Faculty of Economics
Dear colleagues,
Hereby we invite you to roundtable named Corporative management in State Owned Companies – status and perspectives which will be held on the Faculty of Economics on Friday, April 7th at 10:00h, in the Mediterranean hall.
Attendees will be welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Mijat Jocović, PhD, who will also be moderator of the roundtable, while panelists are:
- Goran Đurović, Minister of Economic Development and Tourism,
- Milan Lakićević, PhD, Full Professor of the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica,
- Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and
- Milena Vučinić, CEO of Montenegroberza.
Roundtable is result of training on corporative management named Corporative Management in function of improving business of enterprises owned by the state in Montenegro, organized by the Faculty of Economics with support of the Ministry of economic development and tourism.
Attendees of a one month training, more than 30 of them, were members of the management and supervision bodies in enterprises majorly owned by the state. They improved their knowledge and skills in the field of corporative management, accounting, audit and finance on lectures by professors from the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Law from Podgorica and Belgrade, lecturers from partner institutions, as well as judges, lawyers, who transferred their practical knowledge to attendees.
After working part of roundtable is finished, the certificate award comes next.
