Anthropometric measurement of the winners of the Serbian Cup in water polo

Professors of the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro performed the measurement of players of the current Serbian Cup winner in the water polo team Radnički from Kragujevac.

The measurement was performed by Prof. Dusko Bjelica, PhD, with associates Jovan Gardasevic, PhD and Ivan Vasiljevic, MA.

"Measurements of body composition by bioelectrical impedance give exact indicators of the athletes' morphological status," Professor Bjelica explained.

He added that sports diagnostics is an indispensable parameter of the initial and transit status of athletes in every training process.

Coaches Uroš Stevanović, assistant coach Tihomir Nikolić and club director Jugoslav Vasović also gained insight into the measurement results.
