CSA Conference 2020 Makes New Records in Interest of Global Science Community
For the Conference of Montenegrin Sport Academy that is on the top of the list of science events in the field of sport sciences for 2020 number of applied papers has exceeded so far interests: about 200 papers of scientists, authors and coauthors from 43 countries worldwide.
Chairperson of the Conference Dusko Bjelica, PhD, says that such a great interest in global level is result of continuous cooperation of organizers, Montenegrin Sport Academy and the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro and 12 related faculties from EU countries.
„There are still words about the last year’s conference in science circles and best attention is drawn by new names from the world of science. It is enough to see list of countries for this year’, Bjelica said.
Scientists who applied their papers are from the United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Thailand, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Sierra Leone, Bulgaria, Algeria, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Congo, Croatia, Egypt, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenia, Liberia, Malesia, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Residing Bjelica expressed pleasure for the conference continuously exceeds earlier defined goals.
„It is especially important for us that this Conference is recognized by the Europe College of Sport Science (ECSS) that has a wide cooperation with scientific community on global level, so it uses its global platform for promoting events with our conference on the list. As one of the event of the year it was announced on the site of the International Association of Participants of Olympic Academy IOAPA, as well as European College of Sport Sciences“, Professor Bjelica said.
He with the Dean of the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education UMNE, Stevo Popovic, PhD, recently promoted this Conference on international conference in Rome "2nd European Lifestyle Medicine Congress".
„Five plenary lecturers of global reputation, will transfer their knowledge on the conference of Montenegrin Sport Academy about current issues from all areas of sport sciences. This will be the opportunity for exchange of the latest knowledge and thematic of areas of medicine, humanistic sciences, policies and practices regarding modern perspectives of sport, physical activity and health among lecturers are Selčuk Akpinar, PhD, Adilson Markes, PhD, Goran Garbilo, Murat Tekin, PhD and Hugo Sermento, PhD“, Professor Bjelica said.
The Review Board, composed of names from international scientific community in the area of sport, will review submitted papers from the middle of January.
All accepted and presented abstracts (oral or presented) will be published in Montenegrin Journal of Sports Science and Medicine, renowned journal issued by the Montenegrin Sport Academy and the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education on the University of Montenegro.
This journal is indexed in world bases such as WOS, Scopus, Index Copernicus, DOAJ, SCImago, SPORTDiscus, ERIH PLUS, ProQuest, Open Academic Journals Index, Google Scholar, SHERPA/RoMEO, Crossref, NLM Catalog, Islamic World Science Citation Center and ROAD.
