ODBOJKA - TEHNIKA I METODIKA

Upon the completion of this course, the student will show the ability to: 1. Know theoretical foundations of the structural analysis of volleyball in the process of attack (receiving the serve, raising the ball, smashing) and defence-counter-attack (serving, blocking, field defence, raising the ball and smashing during the counter-attack). 2. Describe–analyse and practically realise – demonstrate the basic volleyball techniques (stances and movements, rejecting the ball with fingers and forearms, serving, smashing and blocking). 3. Independently create and improve the methods of learning suited to the age of the performer, conditions and the setting of work. 4. Organise the teaching and training volleyball methodological and technical process as part of the regular teaching of physical education, the school of volleyball and volleyball club. 5. Know and apply the rules of volleyball
