Call for student mobility in the winter semester of 2025/26.
Conservatorio superior de musica de Vigo
Based on the inter-institutional agreement for credit mobility established within the Erasmus+ program, the Superior Conservatory of Music of Vigo announces a call for student mobility in the winter semester of 2025/26.
General Information
- Who can apply? Bachelors and masters students from the Performing Arts study program.
- Study levels: Bachelors, masters.
- Financial support: The mobility includes a scholarship provided by the partner university.
- Period & duration: Winter semester 2025/26, following the academic calendar of the partner university.
- Application deadline: May 2, 2025.
How to Apply?

- Using EASY Mobility Online:
Click on "Become an applicant."
If your institution is an internal partner of the EASY M-O system, select your home institution before clicking "Enter application."
If your institution is an external partner of the EASY M-O system, the student must select “CONSERVATORIO SUPERIOR DE MÚSICA DE VIGO” as the host institution.
The Music Academy of UCG is an external partner.
Important Dates
- Academic year: September 1, 2025 – May 30/early June 2026 (exact dates will be provided in acceptance letters).
- Winter semester: September 1, 2025 – late January 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed).
- Spring semester: February 2 – May 30/early June 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed)

Recommendation letter (from professor/mentor).

Transcript with the average grade & its English translation.

Copy of the latest diploma (if available).

Certificate of enrollment & its English translation.

Language proficiency certificate (minimum B1 in English or Spanish).

Only individual or small group performances (e.g., chamber music) can be conducted in English.

For theoretical subjects like Analysis, Harmony, Counterpoint, Theory, a minimum Spanish level of B2 or higher is required.

Draft of the Learning Agreement (see attachment). At this stage, the Learning Agreement (signed by the student and the Vice Dean for International Cooperation) can be uploaded in one of two ways:

Once accepted, the candidate must submit the final Learning Agreement through the OLA-EWP platform: https://learning-agreement.eu/.
Draft of the Learning Agreement
Together with the Vice Dean for International Cooperation, students must compile a list of subjects they will study at the host university. The agreement is subject to changes, but during the application phase, an initial proposal must be prepared and signed or approved by the Vice Dean for International Cooperation.
THE AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW NO LATER THAN MAY 1.

Video auditions:
A maximum of 3 links to publicly available YouTube videos (total duration of up to 20 minutes, showcasing different styles).
Videos must be uploaded to a reliable streaming platform (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo) without download options.
Amateur recordings are acceptable but must have no edits, effects, or post-production. The candidate must be clearly visible (e.g., face and hands for performers, pianists should ideally have a top-right angle view).
The results will be announced in the second half of June 2025

Important Notes
- If a student withdraws their application, they must inform the Vice Dean for International Cooperation and Mobility.
- Documentation translations do not require official certification for the application stage.
- According to Erasmus+ rules, students can participate in exchanges for up to 12 months within the same study cycle.
- Undergraduate students can apply after completing their first year of studies.
- Students must apply for mobility within the study level they are currently enrolled in (e.g., third-year undergraduate students cannot apply for the first semester of masters studies).
- After the call closes, faculties will create ranked lists based on selection criteria.
- The host university makes the final decision on student acceptance.
- Accepted students must notify the Vice Dean for International Cooperation and proceed with further application procedures via email.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
