Ana Milačić with AEK Wins Double Crown

Montenegrin handball player Ana Milačić, student at the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education, University of Montenegro and a graduate student at the study program Sports Trainers for handball, with Greek club AEK won the title of champion in Greece and the Greek Cup.

Season, as Milačić said, ended in the right way, PAOK was defeated in the final series and on their home ground they celebrated the championship title.

"The best decision I have made was the transition from Thessaloniki to Athens, from the club Paok" said Milačić for our site. "It has not been easy when I moved into the ranks of the biggest rival. Accepting a new venture made me part of the most magnificent associates in my career. I became a club member in December and we headed to our goal - a double crown. In February we dominantly won the Cup. We continued with quality trainings led by the great and successful coach Aleksandar Saša Živulovič, and in the meantime we made a nice handball story and hosted Veselin Vujovic ".

Milačić started her handball career in HK "Budućnost", where she played all categories, and played for the national team of Montenegro, as well as Naisa (Niš), Lokomotiva (Zagreb), Metalurg (Skopje), PAOK (Thessaloniki) and Nea Ionia (Athens).

Double crown which was celebrated in Thessaloniki, on the ground of the biggest rival PAOK, in a way historical – won without defeat - , is a pride for the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education, where Milačić is a graduate student. (University of Montenegro)
