Lecture on the topic of minority language protection in Europe on April 10th  

As part of the Jean Monnet Module “Multidisciplinary Studies on Integrations and Migrations through Intercultural Dialogue – EMIMI,” the Faculty of Philology at the University of Montenegro is organizing a lecture on "Protection of Minority Languages in Europe" on April 10, 2024, at 5 PM.

The lecture will be given by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Professor Dr. Igor Lakić, who is also a member of the Committee of Experts on Regional or Minority Languages at the Council of Europe.

The lecture will be held in an online format and is intended for students of all three generations of the EMIMI Module.

Jean Monnet represents a special action of the Erasmus+ program aimed at promoting knowledge about the European Union and its role in the world by supporting various activities carried out in the academic sector and beyond. Spreading knowledge about European values is of particular importance for the future perspective of Montenegrin society on its European path. Through participation in similar actions within the Erasmus+ program, the academic sector contributes to this process.
