The 11th UnderhillFest - International Festival of Feature Documentary Film, was officially opened on June 16th at the BC Buducnost in Njegosev Park in Podgorica, when the northern Macedonian Oscar candidate - "Land of Honey", directed by Tamara Kotevska and Ljubomir Stefanov, was shown. 

Jelena Mišeljić, producer and teaching associate at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, Ivan Marinović, director, and Gojko Berkuljan, director, and former student of FDA Cetinje, will decide on the Dandelion Awards for the best documentary film. Opening the 11th Underhill fest, Jelena Mišeljić said: “We are actors in a global wave of change, after which little will remain the same, even the cinema itself. Therefore, at a time of deep social crises, it is very important to support such initiatives, organize film festivals, and especially nurture documentary, "adding that in the context of artistic activism, documentary has a special place, as a recorded witness to various changes, and at the same time a reflection on the idea of ​​intellectual struggle and social criticism”. Jelena Mišeljić, MA (1987) is a producer from Herceg Novi. She graduated and obtained her master's degree at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Cetinje, where she works as a teaching associate in the subject of Film Production and Film History.

She produced the short films Zakloni (director: Ivan Salatić, 2014; Special Jury Award of the Sarajevo Film Festival) and Biserna obala (director: Dušan Kasalica, 2015; Heart of Sarajevo for the best short film of the Sarajevo Film Festival). She is the executive producer of the feature film Under the Bridge, Among the Rocks (line: Pavle Simonović, 2016). She has worked in the fields of video production, cultural project management, and festival management (Herceg Novi Film Festival - Montenegro Film Festival; International Television Festival Bar; Kotor Children's Theater Festival). She is an alumni of the Sarajevo Talents and Berlinale Talents programs. She is a member of the EWA network. Since 2018, she is a member of the European Film Academy (EFA).

For eight days of the festival, from June 16th to 23rd, 19 films will be shown in three selections (competitive international and regional, and non-competitive) and a special program In Focus, which has been organized for five years in cooperation with the Center for Women's Rights.
