First team players of Partizan were tested in Belgrade

Professors of the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro tested the players of the football club Partizan from Belgrade.

FC Partizan from Belgrade was founded in 1945. It is the current runner-up and one of the most trophy-winning clubs in Serbia with 27 national championships and 16 national cups, and in 1965/66 they were finalists in the European Champions Cup.

The measurement, which was realized with the most modern equipment for the detection of all indicators of morphological diagnostics, was attended by the head of the expert staff, Aleksandar Stanojević, as well as by prof. dr Marko Stojanović in charge of physical preparation of Partizan football players.

Measurements were performed by full prof. Duško Bjelica, assist. prof. Jovan Gardašević and assist. prof. Ivan Vasiljevic.

Professor Bjelica thanked the head of the professional staff, Aleksandar Stanojević, for the shown trust and the great conditions during the testing, and wished him luck in the fight for the title of the Serbian Super League.

In order to optimize training, it is necessary to have insight into the initial and transit state of relevant characteristics and abilities, as well as insight into the specific requirements of the football game. Diagnosis of the state of training and sports form is the first step in creating, managing and controlling the process of sports training, professor Duško Bjelica concluded.
