Anthropometric Measurement Conducted for a Double Champion of Europe in Women Handball




Today in Podgorica professors of the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro have conducted anthropometric measurements of women players of Women Handball club Krim from Ljubljana, the most successful handball club in the Republic of Slovenia and current champion.  

In its prolific heritage of trophies there are 24 championship titles of the Republics of Slovenia and 26 trophies of the Cup of the Republic of Slovenia.  Greatest achievements of the club are two trophies of the Championship League of Europe with three more positions in the most elite competition of the Old continent.

Duško Bjelica, PhD, who has conducted measurements with his associates Jovan Gardasevic, PhD and Ivan Vasiljevic, MA, thanked to trainer Uros Bregar and his players for the trust for expansion of data base for double champion of Europe. Trainer Bregar had got insight into complete parameters of body composition of players.  

Optimizing planning and programing in sport training and identification of misbalance in relation to muscular and fat components in athletes, present primary information for achieving top sports results.   

Team trainer of Krim Uroš Bregar is also a coach of a national team of the Republic of Slovenia.
