For Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles in Second Admission Deadline 25 Vacancies, and for Sports Journalists and Trainers Program 21 Vacancies
At the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education of the University of Montenegro, 35 candidates for the study program Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles gained the right to enroll, while 39 candidates for the study program Sports Journalists and Coaches.
According to the head of the study programs of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Milovan Ljubojevic, there are 25 places left for Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles, while there are 21 vacancies left for the Sports Journalists program.
Candidates are clearly presented in advance with the ways of ranking, but because of future candidates it should be emphasized that the right to apply have all high school graduates (from all high schools), to score success in four grades of high school, graduation exam, and success in relevant subjects. for the study program they are applying for, in the third and fourth grade of high school. For Physical Culture and healthy lifestyles, it is the mother tongue and biology; while for Sports journalists and coaches - mother tongue and foreign language. In addition, the disciplines that are taken at the entrance exam are scored, in the manner described in the "Guide" on our website, which describes the detailed way of realization of tasks (sports disciplines), as well as the way of scoring, giving up on certain disciplines, to excellent results that are scored with the highest grades ",Ljubojević explains.
He invited candidates who this time failed to pass the admission exam, or for various reasons were not able to take the entrance exam, and want to study in the study programs of the Faculty, to apply for another term of the entrance exam.
"It gives them extra time to prepare better, and they already know what it all looks like on the field. It is important to note that the disciplines required for the study program Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles will not change. I would advise candidates to use the opportunity to organize daily preparations for taking the entrance exam at our faculty, where they have the opportunity to go through all disciplines and practice and improve the results in the same, " Ljubjevicsaid.
He said that future graduates of the program Physical Culture and Healthy Lifestyles, get the opportunity to work in educational institutions (schools, institutes, ministries, sports federations and others), tourist complexes, sports clubs, organizations that deal with healthy lifestyles, in specialized organizations (army, police, etc.).
"Regarding the topicality of the Sports Journalists and Coaches program, it should be borne in mind that the Law on Sports stipulates that every sports team must have a coach with a coaching degree. Also, we are witnessing how many new media (printed, electronic) are in our area every day, and the demand for sports journalists is growing. These are the reasons why the interest in our programs is always great ",Ljubojević concludes.
