Learning outcomes:

After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: prepare himself/herself for independent work and apply practically his/her acquired knowledge after mastering the curriculum; successfully use methodology in professional and scientific work; successfully conduct empirical studies of specific problems, carry out certain conclusions and make proposals for solving these problems; use literature and systematize scientific achievements in relation to given tasks; monitor developments in comparative legal legislation and modern criminal law science; make modern learning in comparative law and proposals de lege ferenda in criminal law science, through scientific papers, available to the reformers of the national Criminal Code.
