Born on 23.09.1984 in Podgorica where she finished elementary school, High school and Law Faculty, UM, 2017. She finished master studies in 2008 at Law Faculty in Belgrade, defending with the distinctive master work under the title ''Legal position of the prevailing light in the light of international law''. In 2008  she enrolled in doctoral studies – department of international public law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where she passed her first oral doctoral exam (international public law, human rights and international humanitarian law) with ratings 10 and...
