After completing the course, the student will be able to analyze the role and importance of the public sector and critically evaluate the role of the state in the economy, combine different methods of analysis and decision-making in the public sector and forms of public sector regulation, analyze and explain how the economic efficiency of the public sector can be improved in modern market economies, compare and contrast the economic effects of strategies and projects of the public sector and apply the learned knowledge in a practical way in solving problems in public administration.
