It is expected that the student after passing the exam Synthesis urban project II - final student's work: 1. To adequately apply the theoretical and practical aspects of urban planning and urban design and planning; 2. To apply research methods and techniques for the development of projects of different types and purposes; 3. To apply adequate knowledge of environmental strategy and regulatory - legal requirements relating to the preparation of urban planning; 4. To analyze, interpret and evaluate spatial urban and architectural - construction plans that are associated with the design and construction of facilities; 5. To know the impact of construction on the environment and the premise of sustainable design; 6. To be able to develop conceptual urban project different purposes and typologies, which satisfy the technical and aesthetic requirements of the project plan.
