- Proper interpretation of new approaches from the society and the vocation to the phenomenon of giftedness; - Knowledge and understanding of basic ways of recognizing and identifying gifted children; - Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the main characteristics of the giftedness phenomenon; - Adjustment of educational programs and other educational activities to gifted children; - Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and encouraging the development of gifted childrens potential.
