PCB training at BIO-ICT

BIO-ICT together with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering organised a PCB training for our researchers from 2 until 6 April. Trainers from the British company Mega UK demonstrated the principles of PCB making and gave the participants valuable instructions on how to prepare and use the machines. The aim of the training was to go through the entire industrial process of making printed circuit boards (PCB) and thus allow the participants to obtain a sufficient amount of skills in PCB manufacturing. The participants are now competent to go through the entire process of PCB making on their own and successfully produce large quantities of PCBs. Having such a laboratory within BIO-ICT will allow the company to professionally produce all the necessary circuit boards without the need to engage other companies or individuals for that purpose.
