The participation of the MONUSEN project leader in the roundtable in the scope of EMRA 2023

The EMRA 2023 workshop on maritime robotics and its applications, held by the University of Zagrebs Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (UNIZG-FER), began on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the St. Johns Fortress in Šibenik.
One of the most important activities at EMRA 2023 is a roundtable discussion on the problems of the WIDERA projects, which Prof. Igor Radusinović, the project leader of MONUSEN, attended. The participation of the MONUSEN project leader in the roundtable aims to inform decision-makers and representatives of legislative bodies about the potential of underwater sensor networks in the Adriatic region and across Europe. The conversation was moderated by Mrs Adeline Kroll of the European Commissions Directorate-General for Research and Development (EC DG R&D).
The two-day conference program includes 20 to 25 presentations, as well as discussions and networking opportunities. On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, delegates will be informed about current European Union-funded research programs and presentations from industry and end-users. Visitors will be able to explore the exhibition area and see technology and equipment demonstrations during the two-day agenda.
