Predstavljanje potencijalnih tema za master radove



U petak 21. 4. sa početkom u 17h u sali 227 održaće se jednočasovno predstavljanje više mogućih tema za master radove iz oblasti "Artificial intelligence in biomarker and drug discovery".

Predavač će biti dr Saed Sayad [1].

Predavanje će biti posebno interesantno za studente prve i druge godine master studija.

Neke od tema koje će biti predstavljene:

  1. Using Genomic Wide Association Studies (GWAS) data for identifying the Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) which have the strongest correlation with the occurrence of gastric cancer through statistical tests, and to leverage them to build a predictive machine learning model.
  2. A mobile AI app to predict Acute Appendicitis
  3. Investigating potential of using microRNAs (miRNA) biomarkers for constructing a risk prediction machine learning model for Alzheimers Disease
  4. Utilizing microRNA (miRNA) markers that are stably present in peripheral blood, identify pancreatic and biliary-tract cancers in patients at an early stage.
