After this course, a student will be able to: Understand human resources management as a scientific discipline and business function; Do analysis of needs for human resources; Apply scientific methods in planning and projecting necessary staff; Understand a significance of team work in sports organization; Plan objectives and principles of strategic development of sports organization; Make a schedule of motivational factors of sports organization.
