Opis : U Crnoj Gori, kao i većini novoformiranih Balkanskih zemalja visoko obrazovanje u oblasti prostornog planiranja i urbanizma, zemljišne administracije, registracije i upravljanja zemljištem nema dugu istoriju, i oslanjalo se na obrazovanje tih kadrova na fakultetima u većim centrima kao što su Beograd, Sarajevo, Zagreb i dr. Projekat LAMP je podrazumijevao modifikacije i inovacije postojećih kurikuluma na Arhitektonskom fakultetu u Podgorici u oblasti prostornog I urbanističkog planiranja I planskih regulativa. Tokom projekta su obavljena brojna istraživanja, sprovedeno puno konsultacija sa privredom I nadležnim institucijama kako bi se definisale potrebne promjene u kurikulumu za oblast prostornog I urbanističkog planiranja, racionalnog upravljanja zemljištem i drugim resursima, zemljišne administarcije i sl. Projekat je podrazumiejvao organizaciju dekanske konferencije, 2 studijska boravka (Hanover, Rim), nabavku adeksvatne hardwer I softwer opreme (GIS), opremu učionica I adekvatnu obuku kadra I jednog broja studenata.


In Montenegro, as in most of the newly formed Balkan countries, higher education in the field of spatial planning and urbanism, land administration, registration and land management has not had a long history, and relied on the education of these staff at faculties in larger centers such as Belgrade, Sarajevo, Zagreb. and others. The LAMP project included modifications and innovations of the existing curricula at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica in the field of spatial and urban planning and planning regulations. During the project, numerous researches were conducted, a lot of consultations were conducted with the economy and competent institutions in order to define the necessary changes in the curriculum in the field of spatial and urban planning, rational management of land and other resources, land administration and the like. The project included the organization of a dean's conference, 2 study stays (Hanover, Rome), procurement of adequate hardware and software equipment (GIS), classroom equipment and adequate training of staff and a number of students.
