Promotion of the International Day of Protection of Customers Rights on the Faculty of Economics

On the occasion of promoting International Day of Protection of the Customers Rights Protection, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro and the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism, on Wednesday, March 15th at 10:00h on the Faculty of Economics will be organized panel discussion on topic Economic and Legal Aspects of Protection of Customers Rights in Montenegro.  

Moderator panel discussion is Boban Melović, PhD, Full Professor of the Faculty of Economics, while panelists are as follows:

  • Jasna Vujović, Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism
  • Marina Radulović, Administration for Inspection Affairs
  • Docent dr Nikola Dožić, the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro
  • Željko Tomović, CEZAP

Agenda is OVDJE.

Through the discussion, the aim of which is to raise awareness and educate all citizens, especially students, about consumer rights, the panelists will present fundamental customer rights, legal protection and opportunities to access resources and support when they need help.

International Customer Rights Day serves to remind retailers that they have a social responsibility to respect and protect customers’ rights. It also reminds customers that they have the power to claim their rights and make decisions about products and services they buy.
