Dragana Kujović, Ph.D, born on December 22nd, 1958 in Sarajevo, orientalist – arabist,  is a Principal Researcher at the Historical Institute of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica. She received her PhD degree (linguistics – Arabic language) in 1997 from the University of Belgrade. She has participated in numerous projects focused on the Oriental-Islamic cultural heritage in Montenegro, and results of her research in the mentioned area have been published in monographs, national and international volumes and journals.
