After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: recognize, differentiate and explain the relations which are regulated by the Private International Law; determine the applying order of legal sources (two-sided, many-sided contracts, special, basic laws); differentiate and use concepts which have autonomous meaning in Private International Law (for example. current residence); determine and interpret applicable laws for specific cases; constitute which country’s justice system will be in charge of dispute resolution.
