After passing the exam, students will be able to: • Understand human rights, their multidisciplinary character and their legal protection at the international and national level; • Know the legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights in Montenegro, the EU and the Council of Europe, as well as at the UN level; • Develop the culture of human rights and assertiveness.
