The main scope of the school will be creating Erasmus + KA2 common proposals on interdisciplinary issues connected with Architecture, Civil (Structural) Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering and Social Sciences. The proposals are planned to be submitted to autumn and winter Erasmus calls.
The registration fee for the School is 1200 PLN, and it covers the costs of accommodation, food, transport, a social event and a trip to historical coal mine Luisa. All the participants will be granted scholarships - Professors 3000 PLN, which is est. 700 Euro, PhD Students 2200PLN (515 Euro), so the CEEPUS grant should also cover the travel costs. MSc students receive 1500PLN, BSc students - 1200PLN.
Participants may also apply for travel allowance grants in their national CEEPUS contact points.
The School will be supported by specialists on European founds, project management specialist and other experts from Silesian University of Technology, FEUP (Porto), London City and UPV in Valencia.
They will take part also in the second event - BIN@Gliwice - Business Innovation Network, which will take place at the University on 2-3 July (in parallel to the CEEPUS School). The main focus of this brokerage meetings is to crash scientists with industry and create proposals for H2020 founds.
