After passing the subject of Constitutional law, the student will be able to: - Recognize countries with established constitutionalism in their political systems; - Analyse the basic institutes of constitutional law, the legal nature, content, application and types of constitutions - Master the ability to read and understand constitutional texts, providing them with real-world context, and identify the conflict between “the constitutional and the real” in a constitutional provision and its practical application; - Comprehend the role of the constitution and constitutional law in a political system - Understand the significance and role of the activities of the Constitutional court.
