Aldijana Muratović rođena je u Nikšiću gdje je završila osnovnu i srednju školu. Na Filozofskom fakultetu (odsjek za Fizičku kulturu) upisala je 1999. godine, a diplomirala u martu 2004. godine. Godine 2009. upisala je postdiplomske-magistarske studije na Fakultetu za sport i fizičko vaspitanje u Nikšiću. Juna 2011. godine uspješno je odbranila magistarsku tezu pod naslovom "Razlike u nivou motoričkih sposobnosti i pokazatelja situacione efikasnosti rukometaša kontinentalne i mediteranske regije".
