19 Vacancies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering
A total of 19 vacancies remained for students on the budget at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Montenegro, in the third enrollment period, at two study programs Energy and Automation (16) and Electronics, Telecommunications and Computers (3).
Applications for the competition are to be submitted on Wednesday and Thursday, August 28th and 29th, 2019, by 15.00.
The tests in two subjects significant for the continuation of education for candidates who did not have the external high school exam or vocational exam will take place on Thursday, August 29th.
Candidate admission and issuance of certificates will be completed on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019, until 15:00h.
The enrollment of students at the University of Montenegro is more closely regulated by the Rulebook on closer Conditions, Criteria and Procedure for Admission in the first year of undergraduate studies of the University of Montenegro (Bulletin UCG, No.432 / 18).

In addition to the application form, applicant shall attach the following documents:
- original diploma of the passed external high school exam or professional examination;
- original certificates of completion of individual secondary education classes;
- diploma ‘Luca’ or equivalent diploma;
- a copy of the biometric identity card and, for foreigners, the relevant identity document issued in accordance with a special regulation;
- diploma (or equivalent document) of the first or second prize won at the national or
- international competition in subjects that are important for continuing education.
A foreigner should also submit proof of the language proficiency in which the studies are conducted, except when he / she graduated from high school in one of the official languages of Montenegro.
A person who has applied for recognition of a foreign educational document, and the procedure of recognition is not completed before the deadline for applying for the admission, may conditionally apply and enroll on the basis of confirmation that the process of recognition has been initiated with the competent authority. In case the application for recognition of a foreign educational document is not completed by the beginning of the academic year, rejected or if the foreign educational document gives the right to enroll in the chosen study program of the University, the admission will not be considered even completed.
In case the candidate submits duplicates instead of the required original documents, he / she is obliged to sign a statement when submitting the documents that he / she did not use the original documents for the right to enroll in another study program. A candidate who makes an incorrect statement will be eliminated from the qualification process.
