Vladan Radulović was born 27.08.1979. in Podgorica, Montenegro. He finished primary school and high school in Podgorica. For the success shown during the primary and high school he received diplomas ”Luča”. During his education at the Technical High School "Vaso Aligrudić" in Podgorica, he was awarded three times as best student in class. He is the winner of the award of Municipality of Podgorica for best high school students in Podgorica in 1998.
