About the Symposium
The Music Academy of the University of Montenegro is organizing the Second International Symposium in the Field of Music Pedagogy (SIMPED) entitled: Music Pedagogy - Challenge, Inspiration, Creation . Due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandamic, the symposium will be held online via the Zoom platform.
Program Board, in addition to prof. Bojan Martinović, Dean of the Music Academy, Asst. Prof. Dr. Vedrana Markovic and beyond. prof. dr Jelena Martinović Bogojević, consists of: Prof. Dr Ivana Drobni (FMU Belgrade), Assoc. Prof. Dr Branka Rotar Pance (Academy of Music, Ljubljana), Assoc. prof dr Sabina Vidulin (Music Academy in Pula), Wsst.Prof. Dr. Gabriela Karin Konkol (Academy of Music in Gdansk, Poland), Prof. Dr. Sibel Choban (Marmara University Istanbul, Turkey), Asst. Prof. Dr. Judit Varadi (Academy of Music in Dobracen, Hungary). Among the members of the Program Committee are the National Coordinators (Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia and Poland) of the European Association for Music in Schools. (EAS). The goal of the symposium is to gather experts in music pedagogy, open opportunities for future cooperation, but, above all, to provide music teachers and students with the opportunity to expand their knowledge for the purpose of permanent education and training. The invitation is sent to all music pedagogues in Montenegro, the region and European countries.
